You want to make sure you know what you are buying. Our inspectors perform a detailed check of the home to give you peace of mind. We check the condition of the main systems (heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, etc). We also check the foundation, exterior, roof, and more. This report is usually available within 24 hours of the inspection.

Seller’s Inspection

Selling your home can be stressful. We can help you find any deficiencies your home may have that will make selling more difficult. We do everything here as we do with a Buyers Inspection. Once complete we can make recommendations on which issues need to be resolved to ensure a smooth transaction. A detailed report is usually available within 24 hours.

  • Septic System

    A septic dye test is used to pinpoint any problems with the septic system. It’s main use is to check for septic effluent (sewage) leakage.

  • Radon Testing

    Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas that is common in this are. Long term exposure is the second leading cause of lung cancer.

  • Mold Indoor Air Sampleing

    This test is used to reveal both the type(s) and quantity of mold that is found in the air inside the property.

  • Pool Inspection

    Pool equipment is checked to ensure it is in good working condition. The inspector will also check for cracks or other concerning damage.

  • Well Inspection

    The inspector will check all systems involved with the well to ensure they are in good working order. An additional water quality test is recommended for any property that relies on a well.

  • Water Quality Test

    A water sample is sent to a state-certified lab for testing. Microbes, toxic substances, contaminants, and the levels of fluoride and sulfate.
