What is included in a standard home inspection?
We inspect all visible and readily accessible areas of your home. Once that is done we will create a report for you that includes anything we found. Reports are usually available within 24 of your inspection. Your report will e 20+ pages with links to additional resources and a summary of any concerns at the end of the report. The report can be opened in a web browser or downloaded as a PDF file for 120 days after the inspection.
What can I expect to be included in the report?
The report will contain detailed information on anything we’ve found. Some of the key areas in the report will include the following:
Foundation
Roof
Electrical systems
Plumbing
Heating and Air systems
Lot grading and drainage
Decks, Porches, and Balconies
Windows and Doors
We also include Infrared Thermal Imaging scans of Water Heater and HVAC systems, a service valued at $75 and an invaluable tool to locate certain hidden problems.
